I had this problem with my mogul, the solution ended up calling sprint and have them generate me a new MSID and have them to reprogram your phone, before calling make sure your ## codes work.

Update: had to get a new phone after they reset my account and had me factory reset phone the phone wouldnt auto program

I find myself with the same problem. Anyone find a solution without having to buy/replace phone? I am a Sprint user.

So is Sprint going to replace my phone with one that works? Just because they should doesn't mean they will, previous experiences... If they are aware of this and the policy is replace, great. My pro, along with a few others now, is way over the 30 day.

I just want to save a trip of going to the store, and the cs being their usual ignorant selves and blowing it off without a real solution. Same thing happend before when they were convinced nothing was wrong with their cell tower, and 2 1/2 months later I got a short call from a field tech saying they found the problem, they said they didn't have, and repaired it.

I'll bug them at the store soon. Calling them and getting a (laugh) 'support ticket' that they'll blow off, call resolved, and get points on resolving it, bah.

I hear ya exactly man, i was lucky enough to catch the problem within the 30 days so thats how it worked for me. I have worked with tech support many times and i know how they can be... its like there main job is to "not give you a good phone" Will the manufacturers 1 year warranty fix this?? Also if you had full insurance on the phone ya could always smash it and get a new one.. HA HA!

i had the same prople as all of you. but i did notice a change when i turned touch flow off.

Sorry to bump this old thread, but now I seem to be having trouble with my Sprint Touch Pro activated on VZW.

All of the sudden today I got 3 voicemails that showed up on my phone. One of them was from 2/18... 10 days ago!

Was it determined that this was hardware specific to the phone? Or carrier specific? Anybody else on VZW having a problem?

Maybe all of us should try this and see if it makes a difference or not. I did not have any problem with my mogul, but have had tp for 1 week and have had at least 3 missed calls.
