Tf3d and Mobile Shell

So I've been trying to decide what to use- Mobile shell or TF3D. I like Mobile shell, but the now screen lacks alot when it comes to customization.

Mobile shell was pulling about 7 megs with the diamond vga setup, so I didn't want to use both at the same time.

What I ended up doing was stripping Mshell down to bare bones, deleting all the layouts for now, calendar, weather, contacts, etc. and integrating the menu structure with the TF3D program screen. Mobile shell is now running ~2.6 megs and the Calkulin manila runs ~2.4.

Tell me what you think:

EDIT:

Installation:
1) Copy the icons exe folder into the \Program Files folder (device)
2) Backup the \Windows\Start Menu\SPB Mobile Shell folder then overwrite
it with the SPB Mobile Shell folder in the zip
3) Backup the \Program Files\SPB Mobile Shell folder then add/overwrite with
the files in the "spb for tf3d" folder.
note: this step is really optional. It will give you the diamond background and
buttons and will save ram. To save alot of memory space you can also go through the
Mobile shell folder and delete anything that has the word "weather" in it
4) Soft reset
5) go to the programs page in TF3D and delete what you have there. Press
add and you will see the lnk's with the icons at the bottom of the add
programs dialogue.

Make sure to back everything up. This theme goes well w/ Calkulins Manila

Looks great, now how did you do all that? Been using Mobile Shell since forever. 2.1.4

Re: Tf3d and Mobile Shell

If you want I can post up the files/instructions. Hardest part was changing the icons for the lnk's.
