Sprint two years ago had just as expensive plans and horrible customer service. They have come along way since then. I just switched to sprint from Verizon, and I am not looking back. Their customer service is a breeze compared to Verizon's and I am currently saving $175 a month with the swtich. That's an extra $2100 in my pocket a year. Even if the customer service does go under again, it can't get much worse than Verizon's horrible service. Definitely not $2100 worth worse.
You're right, you do get what you pay for. I pay $100 for 2 lines 1500 minutes, unlimited everything, data, tv, navigation, the works....and guess what...that's what I get
