Re: [Updated 1/21]Black Slide to Answer Fully Functional

Just install the Mighty ROM and was looking for a slide to answer function. Found this thread and download the S2A compressed and successfully installed it. Yet, the function is not visible or I don't know how to activate. So I tried CDMA Black S2A and got it installed. Still no luck. Help please...

This may be a stupid question... Did you get somebody to call you to check if it worked?

I am completely out of my mind. Yes, it works when the phone rings. I was thinking of the function where you slide to unlock your phone. Previously, I had a Touch and used this slide to answer and unlock the phone. Thank you!!

Hehehe, that's what I thought. In that case you want S2U2. :)

Hey Ruskiyab... Do you know of any fixes so that the picture on the caller ID doesn't appear cut at the top on the s2a creen?

Re: [Updated 1/21]Black Slide to Answer Fully Functional

Nope, its not any of the images. The save to contacts button and the end key in landscape also have white around them

Anyone think it is feasible to port this to the Vogue (which is QVGA)?

I also inverted the images for the call history in a separate cab, screenshot:

NOTE: This is the CDMA version. The ## codes will work, the data connection will show idle when it is, THERE IS NO CURTAIN!

1/21 UPDATE:
I compressed the bitmaps, the weird thing is, the size of the cab file got larger but when extracted, I saved about 2MB of space. I also cleaned up the slider a bit.
S2A_Compressed is attached

WORKS GREAT AND LOOKS GREAT.. THANKS

I have a question...maybe I'm doing something wrong. I'm using RSTG's v1.7.20 ROM and when I install your Slide to Answer it changes my battery icon to the stock battery icon. What can I do to prevent this?

This is probably a bug that cannot be fixed easily. It may have to do with the My Info screen being hard coded to display on top of EVERYTHING on the screen.

Your only option as of right now is to disable that... Sorry.

I'm trying to change the colors on the IncomingCall.bmp file but that does not seem to be the file that is shown when there is an incoming call. This is driving me crazy...I have been able to change the colors on everything else :( any help would be appreciated.

I am trying to remove all green from my phone...I hate it :)

Re: [Updated 1/21]Black Slide to Answer Fully Functional

When I installed this, it broke my sound. Some reason Jug's didn't. I was wondering if you knew what it was that would cause it. I'm on the TP running stock Sprint 6.1. I like the total look of this one better, but if it breaks my sound I'll deal with the off buttons. Any ideas?

**EDIT**

Well, I'm guessing it was a conflicting software, because I went back and forth uninstalling and installing things, and my sound breaks, and fixes.. I think I figured out what it was, well one of them. I'm trying to get IRC to work, so that could be the cause.
