Hard Reset does not work.

Are you trying to hard reset still or what is the issue? You can hard reset a sprint TP by dialing ##786# then select the options soft key, choose reset and enter your MSL. For a hard reset to work with the volume and center key to work the phone has to be powered off in case you havent tried it that way.
