I got my replacement yesterday (less than 24 hours after I placed the order online) and it is a brand new in the box TP.

Got my TP replacement... New in box.
Thank goodness! I had the previous one refused for delivery and everything is going smoothly so far. I'll post the build date once I get it activated =] Thanks everyone for your help |

I didnt want to go through the chaos of having to get charges removed from my account because Sprint didn't receive a return, etc. UPS has been asking around about missing packages in our area, so I think they're going to only deliver when someones home. |
