Replacement Woes

I kept my battery when I replaced the phone (overheating issues and not charging when hot) and I received full credit. So now I have two batteries. I am replacing this phone as well from sprint (on back-order) and will have three batteries after that. BTW, phone still overheats and does not charge when it gets hot. I keep complaining to sprint and they document ever time I complain. I do this because the guy at dan@sprint.com told me they can get me the Palm Pre for same two year aggrement price when that comes out or replace with another phone in the future if i desire. I like the Touch Pro but I am only getting 2 1/2 hours of talk time with everything turned off and backlit off when talking. HTC told me it is a safety issue because battery gets hot so they are programmed not to charge. That is BS! In my opinion, there should be a class action suit against HTC for saying battery gets 4 hours of talk time.

take it back. and ask for another one. the touch pro's are on back order rite now. they are hurting to get some in. you might get lucky and get a new one.
