Phone not ringing on charger...

Thanks for the suggestion...so I moved it originally from the SD card to the windows folder with no luck...and then per suggestion above, moved it to the my ringers folder...still no sound when I do a test call from my work phone...what could possibly be causing this when the stock ringers appear to work fine with the charging cable...
