I'm just curious as to know if this might be another easier way for TP2 owners to change the number they want the phone to dial when going to your vm box
I had to manually change it. Start>settings>personal>phone then right there on the first tab (phone) I put in 1(813) 200-0200 as my voicemail number. When you down 1, it speed dials to that number now.

ok great but how do you keep phonefusion from going straight to VM which is what mine is doing. despite all these codes everyone is having me try.

I just used *28 then the phone fusion number, and to get back to normal voicemail you just dial *38 and nothing else.

The other *74 and *73 ones probably aren't needed.

Re: How To: Set Up Visual Voicemail on your Sprint TP for Free(Working soon!)

just got off the phone with sprint to change the voicemail number.
He was willing to change the voicemail no problem, but at the end of the call he stated "You will be chargered .20 cents a minute for call forwarding".

So what is it? Will it be charged or no?

tell him to f off. Just dial *28 before the voicemail number. I think its 813 200 0200. To get it back to normal voicemail dial *38.

Read through the last few pages here man.

Just spoke to three different Sprint tech reps. they said Sprint WILL NOT allow them to change the voice mail # to a third party #! (Lost revenue)

wtf aren't you getting? you have to dial *28 then the vvm number found on page 1. It'll beep and hang up on you. Then you install the app.

If you're not gonna even read the thread then you don't deserve this.

Re: How To: Set Up Visual Voicemail on your Sprint TP for Free(Working soon!)

Alright tell me if this sounds right, cause if it is i might just go back to my regular voicemail.

I got it working where it goes to the 8132000200 number, but here is my question when someone calls my number and they go to voicemail the system ask them to enter the number they are try to leave a voicemail for. is that right??

I mean might not be a big deal to re-enter the number but it just seems pointless i figure that it could determine the number that was called.

I don't use that service but I'm pretty sure you need an extension after that # or a specific # for your account.
with googleVoice you just fwd to your unique #.

no that sounds wrong. Try logging into your phonefusion account and see if it's associated with your number.
