Can't connect to the internet!

For some reason, I can't connect to the internet through EVDO. I can connect to wifi (which is where I'm typing this message from).

I tried to do a hard reset, and I still couldn't connect! I think it some kind of setting. My message says that I can't connect for an unknown reason, and it tells me to check my settings, but I don't know what to change.

Any ideas?
