Have you changed your account username? This happened to me because when my account was setup in the store, the clerk input my name wrong. When I asked them to correct this, the old name@spintpcs.com was still listed in the phone. I called tech support and they helped me change it and then I was able to access the Internet again.

No, I haven't changed my username and password. By default, it had no username and password. Is that bad?

I called Alltel, and turns out, an accedental block was put on my EDVO connection. They took it off, but due to server maintenance, it'll take up to 8 HOURS to process... I guess I'll be burning wifi until then. Thabks for your help!
