Un-modded in what way? I made that one myself.

oh i thought maybe you modded these from the original to fit the vga. i was hoping i could get a qvga set for a friend who loves that clock.

It shouldn't be a big deal to reduce them to QVGA, I can look into that as well.

For some reason this won't let me copy the white flip over to the htc home directory. I have tried 4 times, it says I don't have permission to do this. My device is unlocked and a new flashed SSK ROM version 2.3. This worked before. Any ideas?? Thanks so much. I also installed the sdkcerts first.

Before I look for any more difficult solutions, do you have the HTC Home today plugin turned off before you attempt overwriting the files? If it is still active, you won't be able to overwrite.

This program is working great for me but now I'm trying to figure out from this what program is called when the lock launcher button is pushed but all I find is a registry entry of type with a value of 3. I got it to transfer over finally. I had to do it on the device instead of on the computer through activesync. The last time I did it, I transferred them over through activesync. Not sure what the difference is, but I guess it doesn't really matter. Thanks for the reply.

Thanks for looking, if you figure anything out, please let me know. It could solve the autolock problem which I think is the achilles heel of this phone or maybe of winmo in general!
