Then if I were to follow your thanking I should shun you has a member for not clicking thanks enough for me for helping to run this site. I would have thanked you or anyone else for helping him myself until the complaining began. Naturally I do see every helpful post, but I thank those that I do and that deserve it.

If you help you should be thanked, it is only polite. But don't demand it. That's rude and the OP still needed help before the demands for thanks started.

thanks you guys for you prespective. The posts above really do have the right solutions for you and if you are having troubles with one use the others that are mentioned till you find one that works for you. I have used them all and find SPB the best and easiest.

I'm sure there are tons of people here who don't click the thank you button, yet there's no lack of appreciation or malicious intent in any way.

No there's not with anyone over a 100+ posts. And I agree there's no malicious intent in any way.

No it hasn't actually. I tried to make a 1, 2, 3 list of exactly what I was looking for to make it simple, but I guess that was overlooked. It was actually your screenshots that threw me off the most. I just don't see how those could be screenshots of the settings menus of the spb program that you linked to. Mine looks nothing at all like that.

I'm just going to use capsure and I'll be happy with that.

Point taken that I should use the thanks button on this site, but I get to decide when a post is worthy of thanks and I'm terribly disappointed at how I was treated here.

You guys really need to re-think this. If an outsider (someone isn't really an advanced forum user) looked at this thread, I think they'd have a reaction very similar to NinjaMom's. Blacklisting users because they didn't click a button? That's just a joke and is not what any forum owner/moderator would endeavor their forum to become.

And since it was stanglifemike who first suggested capsure, which I've settled on, he's earned my first official click of the thank you button. I guess there are no more users with 100+ posts who have never used the thank you button
