01/06/2009, works nearly perfectly for now, no sluggishness to TFlo3D as some people complained about before. No squeaky battery cover, no chrome issues. It does however get slightly warm only on that black strip where it says HTC 3.2 Megapixels. The rest of the silvery backside is more or less cool to the touch though. I guess the clear plastic transmits heat the best, which is weird because the battery is pretty cool too, which means its whatever is near the camera that is overheating, probably the CPU or GPU or radio.

I haven't noticed any issues. I use BT a lot and haven't noticed it getting abnormally hot. I'll report back if anything comes up.

Calls going directly to voicemail occasionally. Not always receiving voicemail indications. Text messages arrive late and out of order.

I've tried Sprint tech support and a hard reset. Driving to the Sprint store to get a replacement.

No problems so far. Although this was the third phone I opened at my local Best Buy. 3 others had bum keyboards. Space bars and enter keys that didn't depress, keys that didn't bounce back, etc. Weird. I finally got them to find a good one.

U actually got them to look through a few for ya? U lucky devil! Most stores would have been lazy as customer service is not a high priority. Good Job

OK, got my replacement today which is brand new because my first I had less than 30 days before realizing the WiFi was not working. This replacement has a Manufactures Date of 1/12/2009 and everything has tested out well. Including WiFi.
