i dont need to talk, tethering and charging would definitely do it and how it does get a little warm it doesnt get hot.

messing wit sprint and knowin the techs there, they take things in the back and lie alot of tymes about fully testing or or will truly be willin to test a new fone for a problem that would require them to run data/voice for 30 mins or more...
