Thank you, that was very insightful.

My point is, there actually are cases where the blur doesn't occur readily.

Yes, that is how cameras work. I'm being honest here. All cameras work this way. The relationship between available light, shutter speed and motion blur is a basic fact of photography/videography.

Re: Blurry pictures

There is a thread going on about ATI Drivers that have a side effect of fixing the blurry pictures issue. I can't confirm the results but thought I'd link to that thread in case it helps anyone:

Yes, I already have that installed, but it doesn't make a difference that I can tell. Thank you for the post though.

Is it worth switching to Palm? It's your call, but I think that's a pathetic move.

Re: Blurry pictures

Just wanted to say I am also very dissapointed with the picture quality of my Touch pro. I find it almost impossible to use this as a camera or for video capture. The only time I can get a decent shot is if I get an up close piture of of something by bracing myself, tying up my hand to something, not breathing, then pray. I have had many other lower end 1.3mp phones that were much more impressive.

Re: Blurry pictures

My problem with the camera is that it takes so damn long for it to snap a picture. I have tried different methods of trying to take the pic such as the touch only, touch + press, yet they all result in a huge delay to take the pic. By the time the pic is taken the object has moved out of the screen or your hand has shaked.

OMG, I'm laughing my a** off!!

It's not really funny as it is so annoying, but that is an absolutely perfect description of using this POS camera.........

As I have stated before, my Wife has a Samsung flip-phone that is over two years old with a 1.3 camera & it will take decent snapshots all day long without any of the drama that goes along with using the awful TP camera......
