The shutter's presence or absence is independent of the type of sensor. CMOS is just a sensor technology. I have not done this, but if you look down the lens and click a photo, you would see a shutter close if there is one. I would guess there is none and it uses an "electronic shutter".

I wish I knew the ISO. i have not yet tried to read the EXIF -- has anyone done that?

I just checked the EXIF data on a Pro picture. It doesn't have an ISO field.
