Hi,

I think I did something wrong. I just got my Touch and tried to do the GPS fix and now the phone won't program.

I will call VZW so it will be okay but I'm not sure what I did wrong.

I even tried the ##775 thing and also backing it out.

I's sure it must be my mistake.. any ideas?

Are you trying this on a stock out the box device rom, or are you using a custom rom (non-factory) with your spl unlocked on your device?

Okay, so i applied the GPS Fix and im running SSK's 1.5 Rom and i am not getting a lock on any satellites at all even though im outside. Is there anything i can do to MAKE SURE it works? Im sure there are plenty of people who have had this issue but i dont see it.

First I would apply the fix again and make SURE you followed the directions to a T. Also check to see if you have "Location On" checked.

I did. And i always have location on afaik.

But i will try it, again.

The weird thing is. I checked it last night and none of the settings i set when using the GPS tool stuck and they all went back to default. That probably means i did something wrong.

Oh okay, i didnt know that. I did follow your instructions after running the GPS tool and checked my settings and they were all right.

So i really dont know what went wrong.:(
