PPST.EXE is missing from the \Windows directory on mine too. :(

I am pretty sure I found it a few months ago when I first thought of doing this fix (but didn't waiting for either the aGPS V3, or VZW's own update).

I wonder if some other program or update deletes PPST.EXE?

After you run bored VZW fix cab, THEN go back to the windows directory. IT WILL BE THERE. (Make sure you've set the file explorer to "view all files"). THEN run PPST

It's all in the first post.

I had already read the first post, but I went back and re-read because of your reference it.
I don't see anything as to why PPST.EXE is getting deleted on some phones, and how to stop it from reoccurring. Could you please give a more specific reference?

make sure your file explorer is set to show all files... use total commander, resco or gsfinder if you cant get the regular file explorer to show

if you installed my cab ... PPST.exe is in your windows folder

If you reflash, you need to re-install the bored fix. Reflashing may (usually in my case) writes over PPST.exe

Nevermind my last remark. I figured it out. I had to go into google maps and edit my gps settings to point to com4 and it worked.

Incidentally I did the same thing for live maps and it worked too. Yay I don't need VZ navigator anymore.

This does bring up a minor point. Does anyone know why the Windows Default is com0? It would be nice if it could be changed to com4 so that we would not need to manually set it to com4 on various GPS applications.
