i have been hounding this seller and i feel bad for her i keep sending her an email everyday for the past 2-3 days updating her of the product and whether i will keep it or not.
i'm not so sure about that. i see mines are random times, but i'm sure i've seen mines at home, where there are no fluorescent lights...

No matter the lighting, if you see "rainbow" colors on the screen, in any pattern, your screen is defective.

I never once saw that effect, and I had it under nearly every lighting possible.

Typically this happens from abuse, but it is also known to happen for no reason...

Re: UPDATE:Rainbow looking circle

Update...the rainbow color, at least on my screen, seems to be just air, or something...I have had the rainbow color for months, and finally took the screen protector off, and there was no rainbow color on my screen. Put the protector back on the rainbow color comes back. Not sure what exactly it is, but, it's not the screen, it's the protector.

If you hold the protector up to the light, can you see a smudge of oil?

Re: UPDATE:Rainbow looking circle

I got it replaced at the store finally. Initial store visit didn't help but after an escalated call to their customer satisfaction survey line, the store agreed to replace it free of cost.
The new Touch pro seems like a better build. Wow..

Re: UPDATE:Rainbow looking circle

Just wanted to add to this, I got my touch pro a couple of weeks ago and now I have this.... but it seems like it's liquid. If I press on it is moves around the screen... I guess I can go to a store and have them give me a new one maybe, but I don't want to deal with refurbs

i'd just clean the protector and the screen then... but i've had it happen under the screen somehow..
