HTC Touch PRO running GPS Google Navigator v3.4 Satellite View

I use Google Navigator, I've had it through about 4 updates now & they finally have most of the bugs worked out of it. I ran it in my old Titan & other than the street view (which is higher resolution than google maps) it wasn't much use to me.

Now, in my TouchPro I am finally glad I bought it. It is MUCH MUCH easier to read street names etc on the TP as the font is considerably bigger. I have the video out hooked to my 7" NAV screen & it looks awesome on that (Google maps does not)

GN also gives spoken turn by turn GPS navigation & automatically recalculates if you make a wrong turn.

The only 2 thinks I can think of that Google maps is missing (unless I'm missing something) is Voice Turn by Turn and the ability to send coordinates so that someone can get directions directly to you.

But finally adding street view to WinMO was the greatest thing since sliced bread.

they may cancel the free service at some point. Might be why they came out with this.

Sean, who do you mean by they? Because google navigator is not by google themselves. Google Maps is by google.

This is not a google program pdafun.net is the site for google navigator & it is not a new program, I have been using it for quite a while now.

The thing that would make google maps with street view the absolute sh**s is to integrate the G-sensor to rotate your street view as you turn the phone a'la the G1.
That would be cool.
