Just do what I did. Pull one of the prongs out to make it loose (connects to the battery) and tell them you don't know what happened it just kept turning off and it came out but ur phone sounds really messed up so they might say it got ran over or something but it worked when I had the Instinct

well i ordered my invisible shield last night i used 2 - 3 day shipping and as far as case goes ive already switched to a magnet case that i bought from china town. my friend supervises a sprint store in the city and he said his store was sold out of em but when he gets a new batch he will put one aside for me so. I hope my experience is a lesson 2 all tp owners don't trust the oem case buy a different one cuz the velcro really sucks after like a month u will notice your case doesn't close as well as it once did. don't let your phone suffer because u didn't bother to get some protection i would suggest everyone to use something like the full body invisible sheild this way if it does take that face first slide u can pick it up with a silly me smile on your face

My TP doesn't work right in a magnet case.

I have this really nice leather case I had for my Titan that closes magnetically. The TP fits in it almost perfectly so I decided to use it.

It took me a week or so to figure out that when it rang & I opened the magnet case it was at times cutting off the call. I now have it in a leather case with no magnets & it works fine.

my pro took its first plunge last night, scarred up, boy am i mad, went to a party and decided to take her car and the way the seat was it literally lifted the case open and my touch hit the ground outside. i almost caught a heart attack. my mogul never hit the ground under the same conditions

I used the Seidio holster for my Touch for the past year, and had no problems at all. The screen faces in so it doesn't get damaged, and you can get the phone out of it quickly. it also fits closer to you than most of the holster/cases that have the separate clip. I just ordered the same type holster and screen protector from Seidio for my new Diamond.

Put it in a nutshell http://tuff-as-nuts.com/index.asp I am on my second nutshell. I bought one for my 700wx that fit my Mogul as well never even scratched my Mogul not even once. When I got the 800w I used the same nutshell case but it fit a little loose (open top model no closure). I went camping was under the trailer unlocking the slide out and my 800w slid out of the top, my son stepped on it The next day I bought the one for the 800w with the magnetic closure it fits my Touch Pro perfectly and I have not had any issues with the magnet. I am a big fan of these cases they are made of quality leather and they will take a beating. I have a rough job where its not always easy to protect my PPC but this case has taken over protecting my device when I am to bust to do it my self.

i have an amazing case i got for 7 bucks on ebay.... ur phone wont go anywhere... i play tackle football with this and it stays on, in, and protected.... also idk what ur talkin about with discoloration.

NOTE: that link closes soon but that case is all over ebay, also note the phone is in there a bit too snug at first but it will loosen up a bit, just enough so it will stay in there and thost loops guarentee that the case itself ain goin nowhere

Does anyone use a magnetic leather case? I tried the case HTC makes for use with their various smartphones and it was too big by about an inch. I'd like to find a case with a more snug fit.
