Touch Pro BLANK SCREEN!!??

OK, I want to update this and be a little more clear on "MY" blank screen.

- Sprint HTC Touch Pro
- No custom ROM
- Locked, Like it was out of the box
- No programs on the phone, but what was installed from man.
- Only thing major on the phone was my contacts.

So tonight I was heading to bed, and placed my phone on the STOCK charger = USB to plug adapter. Then about 30 mins later my wife called me. I went to go get the phone but NOTHING. I could hear the ring and voicemail alert sound.

This is what I did afterwards

- Took out the batt. = NOTHING
- Placed batt. back in and turned on = Blank but could hear the startup sounds
- Soft reset = NOTHING
- Cant HARD Reset because i cant see anything.
- Turned off and took out storage card and rebooted = NOTHING

Then I started to use my brain a little . I connected the phone to the computer using the USB cable. Launched my program Call "POCKET CONTROLLER PRO". Once the phone was sync I could see everything I wanted as if I was using the phone normally. I know this is what the program is suppose to do, but i thought since nothing was working this wouldnt work. Since it does the only thing I can think it could be, is the backlight or some other defect. Not only is the screen black but so is the following.

- Screen blank
- No light around CENTER button.
- When booted up keys dont light up on slide out keyboard
- No lights on 4 buttons around center button.

So this phone is what i called Semi-dead Oh well just take it in and see what they say.
