Good luck having it fit in a standard holster at that point, though. Their design was meant to take clip holster into account, such as their own. Instead of having to design their own special holster JUST for the extended battery, this one will work with the standard one.

It was the same on the Mogul, and we dealt with it. It was worth it for the major boost in power.

Re: Extended battery/back pictures on Seidio

Do you guys think it will be as big as the Moguls 3500 MaH extended battery?

For some reason I think we'll be lucky if its 3000 MaH, prob closer to 2500 MaH.

Thumbs down Re: Extended battery/back pictures on Seidio

Good god is that bad! Our phone is the perfect size with the standard batt and cover and I just can't "uglify" my phone like that. 4 eBay batteries and I'm good.

Even worse. It's only 1500mAh. Definitely not worth it.

Re: Extended battery/back pictures on Seidio

Li-Ion batteries can be molded to any shape. I don't understand why they made it rectangular! I would be willing to pay a lot more for a form fitted battery that hugs the back of the phone.

The 1500mAh will fit the TP without making it a hunchback.

It's the Innocell Super Extended Life Battery that will need the modified back.

I agree that the 1500mAh still isn't worth the price though...

Re: Extended battery/back pictures on Seidio

Is there any chance of them making a battery bigger than 1500 that would use the regular cover or is there not enough room?

yeh i mean its not that hard to do. People saying function over form, theres an example form can be just as good as function with a little brain power. Never liked Seidio's products- overpriced, usually ugly, and usually cheaply made. they really need to hire a new design team if thats the best they can do with the hump
