Flexmail4 hotkeys fail

I opened an email in Flexmail and hit the D button and the 7 button and neither deleted the email...is that what you meant? I have never really used the hotkeys, so don't miss them, although I suppose they would have been convenient had I ever gotten used to them on an older device...in any case, I'd email flexmail support and ask them about it...they're pretty responsive and I'd like to know myself...
