Flexmail4 hotkeys fail
 

I have a Touch Pro from Sprint. I am still using the stock ROM. I installed the latest version of Flexmail, and have not been able to get the hotkeys to work. FM4 supports 10 hotkey commands, where a single press of the key is supposed to perform an action --
Pressing 0 (zero) or H lists the shortcuts
1 or A Reply All
2 or R Reply
3 or T Toggle Preview
4 or F Flag
5 or M Move
6 or O Forward
7 or D Delete
8 or L Download Message
9 or S Send

Unfortunately, these are not working for me. I have to press the key in combination with <ctrl> in order to get it to work.

Has anyone else had this problem, or is anyone aware of some other software that might be affecting the keyboard input?

can anyone with a Touch Pro confirm this please? I'd like to know if there is something wrong with my device, or if I've somehow messed it up.

I opened an email in Flexmail and hit the D button and the 7 button and neither deleted the email...is that what you meant? I have never really used the hotkeys, so don't miss them, although I suppose they would have been convenient had I ever gotten used to them on an older device...in any case, I'd email flexmail support and ask them about it...they're pretty responsive and I'd like to know myself...
