i'm glad i got rid of my mogul, that thing was garbage... my touch pro has been perfect
for sprint, this phone is hot.. there are no other alternatives because the other brands they carry are outdated

Did it come preactivated? That may be why...

From the Sprint return policy site:

"within 30 days of activation, or 30-days from date of purchase if the device was never activated"

You should return it to the store. Sprint store can do Exchange and return. I just did an exchange yesterday.

you know what might be an indicator of the success of this phone? Not only are my TV-Out cables on back order er whatever, but so is the Ghost Armor. The Sprint touch pro ghost armor no less. Why would Ghost Armor be on back order for a Sprint product? They have no idea how many phones Sprint ordered.

I'd say Sprint is pushing a lot more units than we think.
