You should return it to the store. Sprint store can do Exchange and return. I just did an exchange yesterday.

you know what might be an indicator of the success of this phone? Not only are my TV-Out cables on back order er whatever, but so is the Ghost Armor. The Sprint touch pro ghost armor no less. Why would Ghost Armor be on back order for a Sprint product? They have no idea how many phones Sprint ordered.
I'd say Sprint is pushing a lot more units than we think.
