yeah, customizing it would be great... or having the tabs as options... that would be sweet. but i wouldn't want it to directly open to that because when i open my keyboard i'm usually already at the point where i'm already at where i want to write.

that menu is annoying also when you press reply on a text message while simultaneously opening the keyboard. Then the menu will just take over.

I posted about this myself a bit ago and its just TouchFlo. I ended up disabling it altogether just so I didn't have to deal with that menu.

disable sip auto deploy it seems to help
