you connect your TP first, run the exe file and then it sees the TP /or ppc, gives you a prompt on the TP, you authorize install and set location (device or SD) and get installed

i have limitted acess to pc, only when my girl is around so i find ways. if theres no cab, ill fid one through google here or xda. if people are using the app., theres a cab to be had.

Reinstall PocketShield and uncheck the option to use it's dialer in the settings, then soft reset, and uninstall it again.

If you are using a background PocketShield looks awful in landscape mode. It also breaks Qix search. I get a can't set hook error.

Thanks Rootwind: That totally worked! I can't believe they make you pay for pocketshield. It's ridiculous and buggy. What kind of code are they writing that doesn't reset all settings to your device even after it's been uninstalled. Quite a shame.

I tried S2u2 and got burned, didn't really like it that much, think I'll stick with stock (on/off) button for now until I see something that seems sensible. Thanks anyway...

s2u2 works. But once a day I catch my TP frozen on the s2u2 screen back light at its brightest setting. Hopefully another version will fix this.
