I installed the leaked Sprint ROM (Hermann_C_SPRINT_WWE_1.03.651.3_RS1.03.15F_SPCS_1 .53_PRL6063_Ship.exe) in the sticky but, my PRI is still is 1.47_003. I let the customizations run all they way, tried hard resetting, and even tried looking for a PPST.exe (but couldn't find one).

Can someone give more detail on how to update the PRI for Sprint?
