Calendar Entries on TF3D Today Tab

I use second today with SPB dairy for notes, calendar, appointments and tasks.

I'm sure there's a change in either dll or reg files that can change the time of appearance of entry on the home tab. I mean, it's currently sent to 1 day before the scheduled appointment, so I assume it's possible to change it to 2, 3 or even 7 days. But it' just a matter of finding it.
