Calendar Entries on TF3D Today Tab

I've got a Verizon TP using TF3D, stock theme.

Even when I scroll up to the small clock, most of the time the today tab is only showing me one calendar entry, even though there's lots of room under that.

Is there any way to make it sure more calendar entries there?

Is there any way to put anything else on that today screen as well?

It won't show two upcoming items if they occur within the same time frame (conflicting appointments). In my experience, it'll show 1 all-day appointment (regardless of how many are there), the current or next upcoming appointment, and the one after that (if it's within a few hours), all simultaneously. If you have an appointment that's conflicting, it won't show the conflicting appointment until it starts; it won't show it as upcoming.

Confused yet? lol

I really hope someone hacks this to create more entries.

So, so far, there's nothing that can be done about this (other than turning off TF3D)?

Right now, there's no way to put more calendar entries or something else in all that unused space on the TF3D today screen?

This is my biggest problem with TF3D as well. I'm unsure how HTC could have blew this. Apparently no one at HTC bothered using TF3D them self.

Another problem is that it will not show appointments ahead of time. I'd like to see my appointments on the home screen a few days in advance. 24 hours is too short for me.

It seems that TF3D is all eye candy and looses practical functionality of the organizer. :disgust:

Have you tried installing a 3rd party calendar? I completely agree with you that some of the functionality, specifically the calendar, stinks.

I want to be able to see what I have coming up during the next week, let alone the next 24 hours.

I haven't gotten around to using a 3rd party calendar but I'm sure there are some out there that would work for the time being.

I've been switching between the Today screen and TF3D. My main use for using TD3D is the weather tab. Once I find a good weather plug in for the WM Today screen, I probably won't use TF3D anymore unless I'm showing the phone off to someone.

I am having this same issue, does anyone know of a fix or of a 3rd app (preferably free)

Does the upcoming kitchen release have a fix for this issue? or are we to use to a today screen and just use TF3D to show off the phones capabilities.

doesn't make any difference. I use Pocket Informant & have it mapped to the TF shortcut & it doesn't change the home display at all.
