It could be true, I have a problem with activesync when I connect to my computer. Then today on my phone it said download the latest activesync 4.5, which I been had so this could be true.

I'm reasonably positive that in the history of mankind that there has never been a recall of any cell phone.
The closest I've ever seen was Kyrocera and a battery swap program, but even then it was just a come get your battery inspected thing.

Yet you always hear cell phone sales kids talking about phones getting recalled, baffles me.

I just got off the phone with Sprint CS. They said it was recalled on the 3rd of this months. She said the reason it was recalled was because it was exploding in their customers ears. And the customers were left ear less.

BTW. They told me its still in back order and to call this friday.

Well... i think thats the case. There seems to be no real clear explanation about this delay. I am just glad Sprint has noted my account in swapping mines out when they do get it in stock.
