Chances are it is caused by MSVC. If you have music files on your card and you have media tags enabled in Voice Command, it will eat up RAM to tag the files. The more music you have, the more memory it will take up. I have to disable this function in the Voice command settings because my phone runs out of memory from the music tags.

Wow! Imagine the poor VZN Pros with this issue. They barely have enough ram to run tf3d.
