Well I went back to the same store lastnight, and the same clueless rep was there to set up my replacement phone... She felt that she had to do everything for me... insert my chip MicroSD chip, put on the protective cover and started talking out her rear-end about stuff she didn't know anything about... it was at that point I realized... "...she's clueless!"

well, since i live in the cold (most part of the year), i just place my Touch Pro next to the window, with the charger plugged in, and it charges while i tether to full battery...Nice eh??
