If it's just something loose, then they probably can. I was told that all Sprint stores with repair facilities should be trained to work on this phone. If it needs parts, on the other hand, it's anybody's guess.

Re: Anyone's Touch Pro have lots of "Wiggle" in the closed position?

This is going to sound weird, but OH WELL im here to help. What i did is just get a rubberband and wrap it around the phone. Since i have the snap on case from the sprint store, i do not worry about damage to the phone. If you do not like the idea of a rubberband, go to a hair supply store where they sell salon supply and get a package of black hair rubberbands, you know the ones that girls use to hold their pony tails together, and wrap it around your phone. Now, I have OCD, so i like my stuff to stay perfect and clean, this was my solution to the possible wiggle problem.

HD isn't coming for CDMA, so don't hold your breath.

I still don't understand why you would have a rubber band blocking the keyboard from opening...

Smile Re: Anyone's Touch Pro have lots of "Wiggle" in the closed position?

I have a build date of 10/19 and the "wiggle" is about 1/64 of an inch when closed, if i try I might be able to get it closer to a 32nd. Every side is flush and it's got a lot of tension on the slide both ways, which is still pretty good since I've used it a lot already (got mine 11/2). Just one thing... it sounds like I managed to stash a small beach on the sliders. Anyone else have this happening?

Re: Anyone's Touch Pro have lots of "Wiggle" in the closed position?

Oh i know its not coming for sprint, or CDMA but a good friend of mine ordered one and he is on another network and is successfully using the HD, so im willing to jump ship or opening up another line with AT&T if i have to. And as far as the rubber band thing, to me it makes me feel secure that the phone isn't sliding open while its either in my pocket or in my hand or whatever. Thats just me. Right now im tricking out my old VOGUE phone with a bunch of themes, apps, and programs. WHY? because i get bored really easily and really do not want to app out my TOUCH PRO. I paid too much for it lol and its a beautiful phone so i really want to keep it authentic.

Mine does this with a build date of November 18th. I'm going to take it into the sprint store to see if a technician can tighten it up for me

Good luck. Most likely they will screw something up, because I personally believe it's a manufacturing defect. I am surprised that yours has the issue, since it's one of the newest dates.

Re: Anyone's Touch Pro have lots of "Wiggle" in the closed position?

Yeah mine does this as well. I think I may have increased it a bit accidentally as I was having some trouble getting the back cover off and that kinda put some opposing pressure on the screen part and the bottom part.
