Best Buy wont let me upgrade on sero account!!!

So people should have a very hard time activating at Best Buy now. A manager at one of the stores sent a mass email to all Best Buy Mobile staff saying not to upgrade SERO accounts because BB will not be paid by Sprint. The memo also said that a flood of people with SERO were coming in to try and get the Touch Pro. Good luck, but don't be surprised if you get turned away...

so what exacly is sprint Sero

I just sign up for sprint with there simply everything plan $99 paid $129 for my HTC pro no rebates to deal with.
I would like to think i got a great deal on it.

Now Im reading about this sprint Sero plus referral program don't understand much google that term sprint Sero plus referral program i get alot of info about it been dead everything july 07 2008 and something about an extra $10 off your bill

what the difference bettewn the simply everything plan and simply everything plus
and if any how can i upgrade i been 6 days since i got my phone

The SERO plan ended 7/14/08.

The legitimate way to get it was to have a Sprint employee give you his/her email address and a special link. The cheater's way was to google or get a Sprint email address and get the service that way.

It is a very inexpensive plan, and one that I am sure is another reason that Sprint will most likely not be here in 6 months. Will any carrier honor that plan? I sincerely doubt it, so enjoy it while you have it.

I upgraded at BB with my SERO plan. They had to call it in as others have noted. That was the first day the phones actually arrived at the store

I am on Sero and need to order a replacement TP. I called order support 866-789-8292 and they are telling me they are lacking some privileges and the system does not allow them to process a replacement for me. Does anyone have the number to the right department for sero replacements? any help will be greatly appreciated!

You'll probably want the employee accounts line.
Here are the numbers I have, but the are a couple of years old, so they may not work anymore.

Employee Accounts:
866-250-2221
888-876-8381

They will have access to your plan and such. The regular support line does have access, as a couple of loooong phone calls has shown me, but they don't know it offhand and have to manually look up codes and such. I've had much better experience with the employee accounts.

My BB told me that they could not upgrade SERO plans and that they had tried calling Sprint, but Sprint had told them that SERO customers needed to go through them to upgrade. I called retentions and had them talk to the BB employees and work it out. No problems after that.

thanks for that awsome drwan down i got mine on dec 5 at bb store they called there same number and it did it real fast but the sucky part im on my 3 one now major battery issue oh yea one thing do not install the diamond battery 1 percent and fixbattery and schsomething cab it will mest up the phone battery and make it last only 20 mins on full charge it did it to both of my phones tp
