This happened to me as well. The rebate said the wrong amount, then it stayed in pending status forever. I emailed them about both things, and I wound up getting the rebate plus 50 extra bucks 2 weeks later.

lol i was just approved for 100 even though i didn't renew my contract.. i had my treo 800 swapped out for the pro and i had to pay a $50 difference but since i had the pro billed to my account in store so i had a receipt that said i paid full retail...

anywayz i tried my luck and sent in for the rebate and they approved it for $100 so in the end sprint paid me $50 to get the touch pro!!! GREAT!!!
