They tried to short me by $50 a while back. I called and complained and they immediately sent out the rest, got it in 3 days.

They ****ed up my rebates and made me resubmit them twice. The third time they said resubmit I told them I was sick of playing their games and wanted it credited to my sprint account right away. They gave me my rebate money plus $75 "for my trouble." This was way back when I got my Mogul and signed up with SERO.

for the rebate, do i have to use the phone i bought through them for a period of time? or can i just switch it out with another phone immediately?

Damn, this reminds me of dealing with mail-in rebates, direct from the manufacturer, which used to be so common on computer parts. I would almost never get my rebate back, ever.

Just checked on my rebate and it says declined...This is what it says "All applicable discounts for your recently purchased Sprint Nextel device were given at the time of purchase or are not available based on the upgrade program requirements." ...Been on the phone with Sprint for about a half hour...This is ridiculous...
