Returned my Touch Pro - Dpad wasn't working

Thanks guys. I appreciate your input. Pushing outside the circle works like a charm.

(Anyone notice in the user manual that they point to the soft reset 'hole' as the microphone. lol)

New one is working fine however the new guy at Best Buy didn't program the phone correctly and I had to spend an hour on the phone with tech support to get the data connection to work.
