nah, as a sprint employee (vendor site, not corp) I say, you did the right thing. You reported that you got an extra, not your fault that they gave you two, you did your part

Best thing you can do is complain to sprint, they should reimburse you for the $50 deductable for sending incorrect phone and continue waiting until you get the correct phone. I am on my 4th attempt to actually receive the correct phone.
