I am not "Stealing" anything. I have called them 3 times and they all call me liars! Seriously. Why would I try to lie about having an extra phone. Not to mention I have a feeling I will see at least another Diamond before seeing a Pro anyway. Seriously at this point I am about to sell BOTH Diamonds on Ebay and buy a Pro again.

Look. I am not trying to start a fight here, but to point out how bad Asurion is as a company. The kicker here is I called Sprint and told them I wanted to return it or I wouls start shopping for another provider, and they told me if I had NOT called Asurion they could have exchanged it for me already. So I am basically paying $7 a month * 2 1/2 years + $50 deductiable to get the wrong phone shipped to me and to be called a liar when I try to do the right thing. I can put up with a lot, but insulting me is the last straw. I will probably just sit on the extra phone and cough it up when they figure out the mistake. I am done trying to tell them they are wrong. If anyone here works for Asurion I have to ask, how does it feel to sit on your high horse and then realize you are wrong?

LoL!! Good one. Really, if they called 'em and tried to explain and they refuse to believe it, then what are they supposed to do? Keep calling 'em, trying to convince them he's telling the truth?
C'mon, people If it makes you sleep better at night, then I guess do what you feel. Me personally, I'm not gonna keep wasting my time for such non sense. If they wanna eventually charge me for the phone they sent me in error, I'd pay for it. If they can't get it right, then the company will eat that mistake. |
