Sprint Touch Pro for $199 at Newegg!!
Newegg has the Sprint Touch Pro for just $199 after rebate!
It seems to be the best deal available. And you get a free HTC branded car charger with it!!! Newegg also has great deals on many other phones such as the Diamond (just $149 after rebate). http://www.newegg.com/Store/CellPhon...e=Sprint-Deals http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16875502015 Here are options for getting the Sprint Touch Pro with a New contract : (in order of total starting cost) Newegg - $199 + $36 activation (+ FREE HTC charger) Letstalk - $249 + $36 activation Wirefly - $249 + $36 activation Sprint - $299 + FREE activation Bestbuy - $279 + $36 activation (+ $9 for shipping if purchased online) . Re: Sprint Touch Pro for $199 at Newegg!!
There's the $100 rebate.
$299 is before the rebate! Thus $299 becomes $199 after the rebate. Last edited by boball; 11-16-2008 at 02:52 PM. |

Anyone have a link I can use to just extend my contract? Neweggs upgrade link is bad.

Re: Sprint Touch Pro for $199 at Newegg!!
Newegg is only for new contracts from what I can tell. If you don't pick one of their plans, you must pay full price.
The BB deal for $179 is for new contracts as well, the rebate is not for extensions but new lines... Here is the quote for the BB MIR: For a limited time, receive a $100 Sprint PCS Rebate when ordering service on-line from this website, purchase the Sprint PCS HTC Touch Pro Black, and sign a 2-year agreement on a new line of service with a $25 data plan plan or higher (unless data is included in your plan) from Sprint PCS. Credit approval and one year contract required. Early termination fee may apply. Void where prohibited. One rebate per activated phone as described above. So in a nutshell BB is false advertising when they say $179 with a 2 yr contract extention, and when you read the above MIR requirements it plainly says for new lines of service... Re: Sprint Touch Pro for $199 at Newegg!!
Hmmm...so Bestbuy does have the $100 rebate for New contracts?
In that case then yes the Sprint Touch Pro with New contract is cheapest at Bestbuy! ($179 after the $100 rebate) Strange they put the $100 rebate form with the Contract Extension page and NOT with the New plan page. |

Please keep the discussion on topic! There are other threads to discuss your experience with BB etc.
Thanks for your understanding, Coz

Re: Sprint Touch Pro for $199 at Newegg!!
According to Sprint, you should be able to buy the phone elsewhere, ie Best Buy, extend your existing contract, and still get the 100 mail in rebate. The rebate form doesnt say you have to buy it from Sprint....

Re: Sprint Touch Pro for $199 at Newegg!!
Good catch.
Also- aren't there two different rebates- one for Sero and another for non-Sero plans? Problem is- sometimes Sprint honors the rebates and sometimes they don't or give less then the amount stated, I think I saw a thread on SU where people were getting $80 instead of $100 and then someone got $130... |

Re: Sprint Touch Pro for $199 at Newegg!!
When I bought at BB, they claimed the credit and p***** it along. There is no additional $100 rebate.
