Newegg is only for new contracts from what I can tell. If you don't pick one of their plans, you must pay full price.

The BB deal for $179 is for new contracts as well, the rebate is not for extensions but new lines...

Here is the quote for the BB MIR:

So in a nutshell BB is false advertising when they say $179 with a 2 yr contract extention, and when you read the above MIR requirements it plainly says for new lines of service...
