Razr cords work with the pro

you do know that using a different shaped charger like the razr..on a usb port like the pro..can and will damage the pins..it might not be right away..but over time it will....why do you think mogul and touch came with adapters...

Wrong worng wrong. USB's use .5v all of them. So all of it will work. I have a charger that U plug the USB cable it in and it works. I have it in my car too. I use it for Iphone/Ipod too. I do not even know the output power of the charger but I know whatever it is, when the power goes to the cable, it will slim it down to .5 v. A+ people should know this.

We're about to charge our Touch Pro's with a stock Moto Q and Moto RAZR wall charge. However, our VZW car charges and USB data cables do not work with our Touch Pros. Yeah, they fit, but they aren't charging or moving data. I suspect this is a voltage issue.

Newegg has USB chargers for $4 for it isn't a big deal.

maybe VZW modified the pins. It should always give U .5 v. Just like that one on newegg

The input probably won't damage the phone unless its too high.

BTW e03179, did you manage to get your router XBOX compatible? Will Obama give up his blackberry? And what about those nice examples of grunge in web design??

sorry to hear that. I've been transferring data like crazy with the usb cable that came with my digital camera.

Damn Verizon. They probably did something.

So I guess so far this only works with sprint and at&t?

i have a nextel (motorola) i520 for work. I also have the vogue, diamond, and the touch pro. All of the HTC phones will charge with the charger for the nextel (motorola) phone. However, the charger for the HTC will NOT charge the Nextel phone at all.

So, there MUST be something different. I personally think that the branded HTC car charger is BEST for charging the phone as I used no name charger which charged my Nextel in my car on my Vogue and the battery died VERY short after...and I only owned it ONE month.

Moral of my story, USE THE RIGHT CHARGER ON YOUR PHONE AND YOU CANT GO WRONG!
