Will ATT Fuze Black Battery Cover fit on Touch Pro?

HERE IS THE CNET REVIEW...ATT kept the black back diamond cut case...Dag SPRINT!!!!

it doesn't fit. the HTC fuze is slightly smaller than the Pro for sprint....

I for one think Sprint's back cover looks better.

My co-worker (went AT&T for Fuze so he could pay 150$/month just to voice/data at same time, I like paying 50$/month) got his Fuze a week ago. Didn't even know they kept the original back plate. When I go back to work next week I'll swap them around and check if it isn't answered already by then.

I was thinking of getting Skinit to do a simple black skin and then do an InvisibleShield or Body Armor on the full case. Having the black cover and then just the armor. Don't care for the diamond plate look really, but it's actually a smooth surface just like ours from what I saw - just a skin under clear I believe. This would make their back cover thicker than ours if true.

plus the fuse is squarer and the camera is placed differently

Thanks for the info everyone...from the CNET video I didn't like seeing Bonnie Cha's grubby prints all over the back, even though it looks nice, it did seem to smudge easily.

this is somewhat unrelated, but am i the only one who wishes the sprint version of the pro had a release button for the battery cover? I probably remove my cover twice a day because the phone gets so hot... so to let some heat out i take the cover off... Problem is it takes some force to remove it and i feel like it push too hard and or hold it wrong while removing it i keep thinking im going to rip the keyboard off.

Anyone else feel like that?

Yeah I wish it had a button release, I hate covers like this. What I do though, is place both thumbs on the bottom two corners and push up from there, while I hold the top of the phone with my middle fingers. That seems to work fairly well for me.

As for the Fuze cover, I might have preferred it if it wasn't glossy. The front of the phone is already bad enough with finger prints, I don't need the back to be like that too. I don't mind the Sprint cover.
