So this is probably gonna make some people mad but I went to the Sprint store yesterday to actually play around with the Touch Pro before I get mine... Ended up buying the accessory package with the case, bluetooth, and car charger and was talking with the dude about the Touch Pro and how I love my Curve's battery life and know I won't get that with the Touch Pro. He says hold on a minute and comes back with a battery. Didn't even have to ask.
 On top of that, he gave me his card in case I want to sell my Mogul. He has a friend that wants one because he refuses to give up his Mogul and his died... Woot.

I was up at the Sprint Store a month ago and was given a free battery. The battery life was still horrible so I went back up there last week and the rep asked me if I wanted to try a new phone. They ordered me out a refurb which I picked up last friday. Huge difference! I've been off the charger for 11 hours now and am still at 90% with light use!! Typically I'd already have had the phone on the charger! The build date on the refurb is the same as my old one (10/19), but the refurb date is 1/8.
