Thanks Chez, we'll i'll update the forum when I figure this out. They will likely not be able to get to me on Veterans Day though.

there open on V-Day but they say 24 hrs but it can take 72 hrs...

i have a premiere account and they basically ****ted on me. so i got them back as well though. "alls well than ends well" right.

Hmmm. When I call, I get the Rep's answering machine, should I leave a message or should I just keep calling until I get a human?

hahaha You know the customer service of a company is sub-par when the customer is afraid to ask questions.
