Emt?
So Sprint escalated my case, called me Saturday morning and left a voicemail. I called back multiple times since then and have not been able to get a hold of them. Is this normal? I'm afraid of calling Sprint too much and getting my plan canceled but my Mogul's phone problems are sucking.

I was calling Sprint 3-4 times a week for about 6 weeks, I still have an account and have not had a bill for the last two months. I still have a $43 credit! ;) 8)

I can understand your fear. If you aren't getting a hold of anyone though, how do they know that you are calling? Use a landline.

Haha yeah you are right, Caller ID maybe? I don't know. I just wish I could get this fixed faster, it's been about 3 weeks. I want to trade my nightmare Mogul for a Pro. Any EMT advice/testimony/stories?

Hmmm a collection of horror stories. Great :P It's pretty safe to say people have had more luck with Craigslist than the EMT.
