Touch Pro Replacement For Mogul

Well, I've never directly seen the posts, but have heard people say "they're giving TP's in some places for Moguls because they're out"

I just want to clarify if anyone has actually gotten one this way. (As a replacement for your Mogul)
I just had mine replaced a few weeks ago with a new in box one, but prior to that they've had to order refurbished ones. Don't they just do the same? Or are the orders only shipped from local places, and when they have no more, they replace it with a TP. Just curious as my Mogul is already acting up...

Doubtful... especially since the TP's are supposedly on backorder too, lol.

you might still end up with a refurb 68.

I had my 67 replaced in late oct and was wishing for a 68 upgrade for backup to the TP, but I ended up with a refurb 67.

i got my mogul replaced by sprint for the TP. After so may problems with the mogul sprint gave me the option to have any phone i wanted and anything over the price i would have to pay the difference... i ended up getting the TP for 5 bucks after my rebate

I've had my share of problems. The only thing they could do, and it went as far as Escalations, was give me a new in box one. I wouldn't complain if it worked for more than a month...¬.¬
